At Arabian Nights, we have a mission: “To not only provide a delicious meal and a dazzling show, but also to create a feeling of excitement and enchantment that will remain in the hearts of guests for a lifetime.”

To create feelings of excitement and enchantment, we all have to be committed to providing excellent guest service. That goes not only for the performers in our show, but for everyone involved in the Arabian Nights production that our guests interact with over the course of the night.

With our latest effort to ensure the quality of our guests’ experience at Arabian Nights, we are initiating a renewed customer service training campaign. Guest Experience Director Arden Tilghman will be leading the training, which is set to begin on March 14, 2010.

Arden Tilghman says, “The sessions will begin with company managers and include group discussions that are facilitated by the trainer, and interactive activities.”

These sessions are being scheduled to help develop problem-solving skills, identify service needs, create ways to inspire team members, monitor and manage feedback, and recognize excellent service achievements.

To accomplish these goals, several objectives have to be met:
• Create an environment that encourages excellent customer service.
• Work as a team to develop strategies for managing customer feedback.
• Establish service measures for accountability and recognition of customer needs.
• Implement recognition programs for employees who practice excellent customer service.

We will reward employees like Daniel who provide excellent customer service.

“These goals and objectives will help us form a team that works as one unit toward established customer service goals,” said Arden Tilghman. “We will be better prepared to obtain and understand feedback from our guests and be prepared to implement changes and improvements based on that feedback.”

The management team at Arabian Nights is excited about the continued emphasis on customer service and this particular campaign. We want nothing but the best possible experience for our guests when they come to Arabian Nights, so we hope you can enjoy our continued commitment to providing excellent guest service.
